1, forbidden to hammer the reducer: in the reducer output shaft coupling, pulley and sprocket and other connecting elements, can not be used directly hammering method of operation. Because the output shaft structure of the reducer can not withstand axial hammering, can be used to screw into the screw hole at the end of the shaft to press into the coupling.

2, be sure to device ventilation cap (i.e., exhaust screw): in the use of reducer must be the top of the reducer box plug for the exhaust screw, replace the role of the exhaust screw is to ensure that the reducer in the work of the reducer box body generated gas. Otherwise, if the reducer works for a long time, the gas in the reducer box will increase with the longer working time, thus the temperature rises and causes the reducer oil seal to swell and damage, causing the reducer oil leakage faults.

3, reducer lubricant replacement: the user according to the size of the reducer model to determine the amount of lubricant oil injected, this is a specific provision, the specific operation should comply with the reducer instruction manual. If the reducer is placed in a harsh environment, high temperature, dusty workplace work, please be sure to every 12 days and months on the lubricant to carry out a comprehensive inspection or replacement.

Installation and lifting of the reducer: When installing and lifting the reducer, it should be lifted slowly and placed carefully. The lifting lugs on the upper case are only used for lifting the upper case, and the whole machine should be lifted with the lifting lugs on the lower case. For safety reasons, the wire rope should be equipped with clips and rings.

5, reducer test run: reducer installation is completed, should be disk to check whether there is no blocking phenomenon. Check the whole system support bolts and all connecting bolts are tight, according to the instructions required to inject the specified grade and the specified amount of quality of lubricating oil.

6, test run to troubleshoot: test run process, every 30 minutes should be recorded once the oil temperature, oil pressure and the temperature of the bearing parts. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal sound of the reducer, check whether there is oil leakage at each joint surface of the box and each joint of the pipe system, and take timely measures to eliminate possible failures.

7, reducer storage: reducer should be stored in a dry, ventilated, sunscreen, moisture-proof warehouse, the oil seal is valid for 6 months, in the validity of the installation of the use of its internal parts of the anti-rust oil can be cleaned, more than the validity of the installation, it should be cleaned.
